Capital Markets Research Associate

As an Investor Relations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting fundraising projects by conducting thorough research on investors and companies.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct investor and company research to support fundraising initiatives.
- Generate, schedule, and manage intro calls for the Investor Relations department.
- Track fundraising trends, investor preferences, and deal flow.
- Maintain CRM systems and update research outputs daily.
- Support senior team members with targeted lead generation.
- Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Research-driven, analytical, and detail-oriented.
- Skilled in online research tools.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Interest in finance, investment, or market research.
- Generate a minimum of 25 introduction calls per week (100 per month).
- Substantiate research efforts daily and weekly through reports to the Manager.
- Maintain strict adherence to scheduled calls and company calendar.
- Support colleagues and contribute to a collaborative research culture.
