Job Role:

We seek a visionary cybersecurity leader to spearhead our advanced security strategy.

This challenging role demands technical expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in delivering cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive cybersecurity tools and platforms to safeguard our digital assets.
  • Lead end-to-end delivery for key technologies including data discovery & classification, file upload security, attack surface management, breach and attack simulation, decoy/honeypot solutions, secure data backup & ransomware protection, phishing simulation, MDM, AD security, and NAC.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to security engineering and L3 teams to enhance their skills and expertise.
  • Collaborate with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), IT Operations, and Risk teams to align security initiatives with regulatory standards and best practices.
  • Evaluate vendor solutions and manage third-party security integrations to ensure seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
  • Represent the security function in internal and external audits, assessments, and executive briefings to drive informed decision-making.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • At least 8 years of experience in cybersecurity, including leadership roles in technical teams.
  • Proven expertise in deploying and managing enterprise-grade security solutions to protect against evolving threats.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR) and industry best practices.
  • Experience in red teaming, threat simulation, or adversary emulation is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills to drive collaboration and results.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
