Job Summary

This role is responsible for the development and implementation of new technologies to drive business growth and innovation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering, with experience in design, development, and testing of complex systems.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Apply knowledge of medical device regulations and execute gap assessments, manufacturing print reviews, and remediation activities to ensure compliance.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to resolve technical queries and ensure timely project delivery by managing CAD data and change orders using Windchill/PDM.
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive collaboration and achieve project goals by preparing 2D/3D drawings/models for assemblies and components in compliance with ASME standards.
  • Conduct and review models for tol-stackup studies and dimensional variation analysis using Creo-CETol or other tools to optimize product performance.
  • Participate in ideation activities to assess project scoping and viability, applying project management skills to plan, schedule, and monitor project activities efficiently.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering with 6-8 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in Creo and Solid Works (drafting and modeling), with hands-on experience in PLM/PDM preferably Windchill.
  • Strong verbal and presentation skills for effective collaboration with global teams.
  • Well-versed with MS Powerpoint and Excel for reports preparation and data analysis.

Nice to Have:

  • Medical Device Experience.
  • Knowledge of electronics, cable, connectors, PCBA manufacturing methods.
