About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team at PyjamaHR. As a Digital Marketing Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and conversion optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and nurture leads through various digital channels, optimizing the lead funnel to maximize conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare and execute a comprehensive content calendar for the social media team, aligned with business goals and branding guidelines.
  • Write compelling and engaging ad copies for meta-ads and Google Ads, ensuring they resonate with the target audience and drive desired actions.
  • Manage and execute email marketing campaigns, crafting persuasive copy for newsletters, promotional emails, and other customer communication.
  • Develop and execute WhatsApp marketing campaigns, tailoring messages to the unique characteristics of this platform.
  • Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline and enhance customer journeys, nurturing leads through personalized and relevant content.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns using relevant metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphic copies for online ads, ensuring alignment with the brand's visual identity.
  • Possess a strong understanding of landing page best practices, ensuring that landing pages are optimized for conversion.
  • Work closely with the CRM team to segment and target customers effectively, enhancing engagement and retention rates.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies, bringing innovative ideas to the team.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience (2 years in education loans abroad or study abroad space) in digital marketing, focusing on performance marketing and lead generation.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems such as Zoho or Web Engage, with the ability to segment and manage customer data effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing automation processes and tools (Zapier, Zoho Automation).
  • Experience in managing Google Ads campaigns and Meta Ads campaigns.
  • Excellent copywriting skills for various digital platforms, including social media, email, crafting compelling meta-ad copies, and WhatsApp.
  • Familiarity with social media management, including content scheduling and community engagement (Telegram).
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns accordingly.
  • Strong project management skills, able to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
