Regional HR Business Partner

The ideal candidate will drive talent acquisition and business partnering across a region in a dynamic financial services environment. They will develop comprehensive recruitment strategies, lead high-performing teams, and implement diverse sourcing methods to meet the organization's manpower needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute talent acquisition plans to attract top talent and enhance the candidate experience.
  • Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to meet recruitment goals with high-quality hires and provide coaching on performance management.
  • Define and monitor recruitment metrics and KPIs through data analysis to inform strategic decisions.
  • Oversee the entire employee life cycle process from job requisition to onboarding, engagement, and exit.
  • Implement strong sourcing strategies to build diverse candidate pipelines and improve the quality of hires.
  • Partner with regional leadership to develop and maintain an effective manpower plan aligned with business requirements.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor hiring practices, and emerging recruitment technologies to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Conduct exit interviews, manage settlements, and ensure PF closure for exiting employees in accordance with company policies.
  • Address general employee queries within defined turnaround times and provide support to resolve any issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive employee engagement initiatives and strengthen leadership connections.
  • Provide recruitment insights and expertise that align with business performance goals and contribute to the development of strategic workforce planning initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 8-12 years overall HR experience, with at least one significant stint in the BFSI sector.
  • Postgraduate in HR or MBA in Human Resources.
  • Strong knowledge of BFSI HR practices, statutory compliance, and labor laws.
  • Proven leadership and people management experience, with a track record of building high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication skills; fluency in Telugu and English preferred.
