We are seeking a skilled Coupa professional to provide day-to-day support for the P2P modules and ensure seamless system performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • P2P Module Support: Provide daily assistance with requisitions, purchase orders, invoicing, supplier management, and expenses within Coupa.
  • System Performance Monitoring: Regularly monitor system performance and resolve technical and functional issues in a timely manner.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, along with 3+ years of experience in application support, preferably in Coupa or other P2P systems, is required. Strong understanding of procurement and finance processes is essential.

    • Strong understanding of procurement and finance processes.
    • Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
    • Familiarity with integration tools (e.g., Dell Boomi, MuleSoft) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
    • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Coupa certifications or training.
    • Experience with SQL, reporting tools, or data analysis.
    • Knowledge of ITIL practices.
