Procurement Expert Job

We are seeking a seasoned professional with expertise in procurement and supply chain management.


About the Role

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing master data, configuring Oracle Cloud Procurement modules, and providing techno-functional support. Strong collaboration skills are essential for working with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Troubleshooting issues and providing Tier 2/3 support for Oracle Procurement workflows is also key. Additionally, the candidate should be able to work closely with business users to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Functional Configuration and Support: Lead configuration and support across Oracle P2P modules including Procurement, Supplier Management, Requisitions, Purchase Orders, Invoices, and Item Master Data.
  • Techno-Functional Expertise: Provide expertise assisting with user access, roles, and permissions as needed.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with QA, Product Management, and Business Stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions.
  • Troubleshooting and Support: Troubleshoot issues and provide Tier 2/3 support for Oracle Procurement and SCM workflows.

Required Skills & Experience:
  • 5+ Years of Procurement Experience: Techno-functional experience in Oracle Cloud Procurement (P2P) modules.
  • Master Data Management: Strong hands-on expertise in managing master data related to Items, Suppliers, and Procurement Transactions.
  • User Security Configurations: Experience with Oracle Cloud role-based access and user security configurations.
  • Integration Points: Ability to understand integration points and troubleshoot end-to-end functional and technical issues.
