Our Fund Accounting team is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the governance, control, and management of financial reporting processes for our designated funds/entities.

This exciting role will provide you with the opportunity to interact and coordinate with multiple stakeholders across various locations, both internal and external. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Fund Accounting and Investor Reporting:
    • Oversight and delivery of monthly/quarterly financial, investor, and regulatory reporting.
    • Knowledge over various strategies/assets classes.
    • Support annual financial statement review and audit process, ensuring timely delivery in line with KPIs.
  • Group Reporting:
    • Review of Management Fees and subsequent reporting to Group Finance.
    • AUM/FUM information to Group Finance.
  • Administrator Oversight, Systems, and Process Management:
    • Lead Fund Administrator assessments and feedback, monitoring administrator delivery against SLAs and KPIs.
  • Projects:
    • Ad-hoc projects for continuous improvement to the Fund Accounting operating model.
  • People Management:
    • Overseeing a team of up to 6 Fund Accountants, providing direction, guidance, and review.
  • COE Specific Responsibilities:
    • Efficiency initiatives, acting as the main point of contact for developing transformation ideas.
    • Operational metrics, management reporting requirements, and requests are completed on time.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in Fund Administration, Private Equity, Venture Capital, and/or accounting experience gained in an Asset Manager or Fund Administrator. Strong knowledge of private fund structures and reporting requirements is essential. Proven experience of managing a team and advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling and PowerPoint, are highly desirable.
