Job Overview:

This Senior QA Leadership role is responsible for guiding a diverse team of manual and automation testers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of testers to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain test strategies, plans, and cases in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with development teams to identify and prioritize defects.
  • Evaluate and implement effective defect management processes.
  • Design and execute test environments, test data management, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members.
  • Effectively communicate with stakeholders, including project managers, developers, and executives.
  • Drive decision-making through data analysis and stakeholder engagement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 12 years of overall QA experience, with at least 5 years in a Test Manager / QA Leadership position.
  • Proven experience in managing blended teams (manual and automation).
  • Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, test design techniques, and defect management processes.
  • Hands-on experience with automation tools and frameworks.
  • Experience in Web UI, API, and Mobile testing.
