Job Overview

A seasoned Quality Assurance professional is required to spearhead overall QA strategy and ensure high-quality delivery in Agile projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. QA Strategy Development: Define and implement comprehensive test strategies, plans, and cases for both manual and automated testing.
  2. Automation Enhancement: Drive automation initiatives using Selenium with Java and enhance test frameworks to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  3. API and Back-end Testing: Manage and execute API testing for integration and end-to-end validations, as well as perform SQL-based data validation and back-end testing for accuracy.
  4. Test Data Management: Leverage Python scripting for test data management, masking, and automation utilities to streamline the testing process.
  5. Mentorship and Communication: Mentor QA engineers, track/report quality metrics, and communicate risks to stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Selenium with Java Expertise: Proficiency in Selenium with Java for test automation.
  • Advanced API Testing: Strong expertise in API testing (Postman, RestAssured, or similar).
  • SQL Mastery: Advanced SQL skills for data validation and back-end testing.
  • Python Scripting Abilities: Hands-on Python scripting for automation and test data handling.
  • CI/CD Tools Familiarity: Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, etc.) and Agile methodology.
