User Acquisition Specialist for Mobile Games

We are seeking a skilled and experienced User Acquisition Specialist to lead our mobile game growth strategy.

This role requires expertise in planning, executing, and optimizing UA campaigns across major ad platforms and networks.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:
  1. Campaign Planning & Execution
  • Develop and execute comprehensive UA strategies that integrate acquisition, retention, and re-engagement.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to design and test ad creatives, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives.
Data Analysis & Reporting
  • Analyze campaign and cohort-level data from ad platforms and MMPs to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
  • Develop and maintain accurate dashboards and performance reports using tools like Looker Studio or Tableau.
Strategic Partnerships
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with ad networks, agencies, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Contribute to budget allocation, forecasting, and scaling strategies to optimize UA ROI.
Creative Development
  • Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and test new ad creative concepts.
  • Analyze creative performance and provide actionable insights to inform future creative development.
Operational Efficiency
  • Ensure timely and accurate campaign execution, leveraging technical expertise to overcome operational challenges.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve UA strategies and tactics.
Requirements:
  1. 4+ years of hands-on experience in UA for mobile games.
  2. Proven expertise with major ad platforms and MMPs.
  3. Strong working knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools.
  4. Deep understanding of UA KPIs and ability to run re-engagement campaigns.
  5. Proficiency in SQL and data analysis software.
  6. Entrepreneurial mindset with a high sense of ownership and accountability.
