About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Business Process Senior Consultant to join our team at SAP. As a Business Process Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering successful E2E Customer Centric projects in the area of Hitech & Automotive industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support SAP's Discrete Industries customers with S/4 HANA implementation in the areas of S/4 HANA Sales (SD) & Materials Management (MM).
  • Help customers adopt SAP best practices, optimize their processes, and implement optimized processes.
  • Evaluate, map, and make proposals to align business processes & IT architecture to fit the customer's strategy.
  • Review detailed-level business processes and of the corresponding mapping into the IT architecture.
  • Collaborate with development / supporting projects for new SAP developments for the logistics Manufacturing industries projects when required.
  • Provide thought leadership and resolve complex issues in escalated projects.
  • Project Bid support - creation and execution of presentations and demos to clients and partners.
  • Closely cooperate with the global Manufacturing Industries Hub teams on knowledge-sharing and business development for specific expert topics.
  • Ensure usage of newest technology, focusing on TCO and ROI – when enhancing industry solutions and services.
  • Support the Ramp-Up of new SAP products at our clients in the Manufacturing sector and ensure knowledge transfer to partners and customers.
  • Responsible for own capacity utilization / KPIs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree – Master's degree preferred but not required.
  • Deep SAP Product Expertise S/4 HANA Logistics (Sales & Distribution, Materials Management).
  • Implementation experience in Sales & Distribution, Materials Management, Service Management.
  • Strong integration knowledge of integration with Logistics, procurement, inventory management, sales controlling & Manufacturing.
  • Understanding of recent areas like Entitlement Management, Advance Available to Promise, Advance Variant Configuration & Variant Configuration.
  • Experience in working with SAP FIORI applications.
  • Deep implementation Experience in any one or more of manufacturing industries (Automotive, IM&C, Hitech, and Aerospace & Defense).
  • Experience in SAP Activate methodology.
  • Experience in S/4 HANA Conversion Project along with Customer Vendor Integration (CVI) is preferred.
  • Experience in Solution Manager is preferred.
  • SAP certification in SAP S/4 Sales & Distribution is preferred.
  • SAP certification in SAP S/4 Materials Management is preferred.

Work Experience:

  • Minimum 12+ years consulting experience in SAP Manufacturing specifically in any one of the Discrete Industries (Automotive, IM&C, Hitech, Automotive, and Aerospace & Defence).
  • Minimum of 4 to 5 End to End implementation project experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Minimum 2 End to End S/4 HANA SD & MM Implementation project experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Proven ability to communicate with all relevant stakeholders within an organization.
  • Has been in a team lead role on a major project and provided mentoring/leadership to others.
  • Nice to have functional (domain) experience in logistics function in manufacturing industry.
