Regional Project Management Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to manage audiovisual integration projects across the region, ensuring timely completion, adherence to technical standards, and delivering high-quality results.

This position involves leading and managing AV integration projects from initiation to completion, coordinating internal engineering teams, external vendors, and subcontractors during design, installation, and commissioning phases.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Project planning, execution, and delivery in accordance with industry best practices and client requirements.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Maintaining accurate project financials, including budgeting, cost tracking, invoicing, and profitability analysis.
  • Ensuring all systems are delivered to high technical standards and meet or exceed client expectations.

Key Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in managing AV integration projects, preferably in a regional or multi-country capacity.
  • A strong technical understanding of AV systems, including video conferencing platforms, AV-over-IP solutions, control systems (e.g., Crestron, Extron, AMX), audio DSPs, and display and projection technologies.
  • Excellent leadership, project coordination, and communication skills.
