You will lead impactful training programs across new hires, existing team members, and supervisory staff as a Trainer. This role is integral in improving performance through structured training interventions, product knowledge assessments, and continuous upskilling.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop onboarding and induction programs for new joiners to ensure smooth assimilation into our culture, policies, and tools.
  • Deliver training on soft skills, process, product, and systems, evaluating learning effectiveness through assessments, quizzes, and role-plays.
  • Collaborate with Quality and Operations teams to identify performance gaps and design targeted refresher sessions and skill-enhancement modules.
  • Track pre- and post-training performance to measure impact and efficacy.

You will also be responsible for creating and managing product knowledge tests for front-line and supervisory teams, conducting Supervisor Readiness assessments to evaluate leadership competencies, and updating assessments in line with process or product changes.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and facilitation skills, proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and LMS platforms, and exposure to QA and performance improvement frameworks. A background in BFSI Training is beneficial.
