Key Roles and Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced buyer to lead our womenswear RTW collections. The successful candidate will have expertise in sourcing, product development, and merchandising.

Sourcing Expertise
  • Identify and evaluate suppliers for fabrics, trims, and production partners.
  • Build and maintain strategic vendor relationships.
Range Planning and Buying Strategies
  • Develop seasonal line plans that balance creativity with market demand.
  • Negotiate with suppliers to achieve competitive costs while maintaining quality.
Product Development and Management
  • Oversee collection timelines from initial sampling to final production, ensuring timely delivery.
Market Insights and Trend Analysis
  • Track trends, competitor assortments, and customer preferences to inform decision-making.
Performance Evaluation and Improvement
  • Analyze sales data and feedback to refine future collections.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner closely with Design, Pattern, and Production teams to bring collections from concept to customer.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Fashion Management or a related field and minimum 4+ years of experience in sourcing, buying, and merchandising. Strong sourcing network and expertise in textiles, trims, and production partners is essential.
