Job Opportunity for a Product Quality Leader

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our engine plants in achieving powertrain reliability and durability. The ideal candidate will have 20 years of experience in product quality and leadership roles, with expertise in manufacturing processes, quality management systems, and problem-solving tools.

The successful candidate will be responsible for aligning departments and suppliers to improve powertrain performance, reducing warranty costs, and ensuring high-quality products meet customer expectations.

The job requires excellent communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills, as well as experience in team management, root cause analysis, field failure analysis, and digital transformation.

  • Align departments and suppliers to improve powertrain performance
  • Achieve warranty cost reduction by ensuring required actions are taken efficiently
  • Motivate and build a high-performing team to achieve stringent targets
  • Guide teams in complex problem-solving and difficult situations
  • Capture customer voice and ensure resolution is done promptly

The preferred industries include engineering, with education qualifications in Bachelor of Engineering and critical experience as a Product Quality Head for Engine Plants.
