Automation and Integration Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and experienced specialist to join our team. In this role, you will automate business processes, participate in the technical design of platforms, and manage ongoing feature changes.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and optimize collaboration systems, including preventive and corrective maintenance, capacity planning, and scalability.
  • Record and manage changes, configurations, incidents, problems, and processes.
  • Ensure system security, implement standards, and respond to failures or performance issues.
  • Produce performance, capacity, availability, and security reports for senior management.

Avoiding delays and disruptions is key to success in this role. To that end, you will need to configure prototypes, deliver products, and manage solution implementation and vendor performance.

Key Skills:

You will be successful in this role if you have:

  • 5+ years technology support experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in Administration and implementation of Collaboration Tools.
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft suite administration and Collaboration Security frameworks including Exchange Online and Teams.
  • Experience using Powershell, PowerBI, APIs, Webservices, Python, C++, JavaScript, Power Platform.

This role requires strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and ability to communicate complex ideas simply.
