Key Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Interior Designer and Architect to lead complex interior design and architectural projects from conceptualization to completion.

  • Lead the development of comprehensive design schemes for high-end residential, commercial, or hospitality projects, integrating architectural design principles with interior design elements.
  • Develop detailed design presentations, mood boards, material palettes, and 3d visualizations to effectively communicate design intent to clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously from initial client brief through conceptual design, detailed design, and site execution.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring timely delivery and effective resource allocation.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients, providing expert design guidance and mentorship.
  • Provide feedback and guidance to junior designers and architects, promoting their professional growth.

Essential Requirements:

  • B.Arch, M.Arch, or M.B.A/PGDM degree.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in interior design and architecture.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
