Job Title: Interior Design Lead

 

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Interior Design Lead to join our team. As an Interior Design Lead, you will be responsible for creating innovative and functional interior designs that meet our clients' needs.

  • Design and develop interior spaces that are visually appealing and functional.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their design preferences and create custom designs that meet their needs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and services.
  • Manage and coordinate projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. Graduation or relevant Diploma in Interior Design or related field.
  2. Minimum 1.5 years of experience as an Interior Designer or equivalent.
  3. Proven track record of delivering high-quality designs and projects on time and within budget.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, suppliers, and contractors.
  5. Proficiency in design software and tools, including AutoCAD, PPT presentation, and other industry-standard programs.
  6. A strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and spatial planning.
  7. The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high degree of autonomy and initiative.
  8. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  9. Strong business acumen and understanding of market trends and consumer behavior.

  • Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and deadlines to ensure timely completion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to deliver integrated solutions and exceed client expectations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and increase revenue through effective design and project management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to ensure long-term success and loyalty.
