Job Opportunity:

Senior Interior Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Interior Designer to lead our design team in delivering high-quality interior solutions. As a seasoned professional with extensive experience in interior design and leadership, you will be responsible for driving creative and functional interior projects from concept development to final execution.

  • Develop innovative interior designs that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Manage the end-to-end design process, including conceptualization, 2D/3D layouts, mood boards, and project implementation.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including project managers, site engineers, and vendors.
  • Communicate design intent clearly to clients and present project proposals.
  • Stay updated on the latest design trends, materials, and technologies.
  • Mentor junior designers to foster a strong design culture within our organization.
  • Oversee multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality and timelines.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of professional experience in interior design, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong expertise in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop, or similar design tools.
  • Proven portfolio showcasing residential and commercial interior projects.
  • Excellent project management, leadership, and client communication skills.
  • Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects concurrently.
