Data Engineer Position

We are seeking an experienced Data Engineer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data engineering and experience with Apache Spark, Iceberg, and distributed computing principles.

Responsibilities include designing and developing a data lakehouse solution using Apache Iceberg and Apache Spark, enabling high-performance Treasury analytics by integrating financial datasets and reporting engines, working with AWS services to create secure and scalable infrastructure, and using Docker and containerized workflows to ensure smooth deployment and team collaboration.

Required Experience & Skills:

  • 8+ years in data engineering, including domain exposure to Treasury or finance.
  • Deep expertise with Apache Spark, Iceberg, ETL frameworks, and distributed computing principles.
  • Strong experience with AWS services for data orchestration and transformation.
  • Solid grasp of Docker-based environments and cross-team development practices.
  • Bonus: Experience with data lakehouse related technologies such as AWS Glue, Nessie, or Trino.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with financial instruments, liquidity models, or regulatory requirements.
