Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional to assume the role of Branch Manager, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our branch.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team to achieve business targets and objectives.

They will be responsible for developing and implementing business plans, forecasting financial objectives, and managing budgets to ensure optimal resource allocation.

Strong knowledge of equity broking products, investment products, and insurance is essential, as is the ability to provide training, coaching, and development opportunities to branch personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively
  • Provide training, coaching, and development opportunities to staff
  • Adhere to high ethical standards and comply with regulations
  • Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch
Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in a related field, preferably as an existing or assistant branch manager

Strong leadership and human resources management skills

Results-driven and customer-focused approach

BS in Business Administration or related field
