Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data structures, interpreting insurance data models, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure data alignment with business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize knowledge of insurance data models, specifically Guidewire and Duckcreek, to interpret and analyze data structures.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data models align with business requirements.
  • Perform data cleansing and validation to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
  • Implement data enrichment processes to enhance datasets, providing deeper insights.
  • Conduct thorough data profiling to assess data quality and identify potential issues.
  • Generate comprehensive reports on data characteristics, anomalies, and trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 4-8 years of relevant experience in data analysis
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in information technology/computer science/Statistics/Economics or equivalent field
  • Proficiency in Guidewire and Duckcreek data models, including understanding of insurance industry practices
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data analysis and reporting
  • Strong skills in data cleaning techniques and enrichment methodologies
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with data profiling tools and techniques to assess data quality
  • Familiarity with cloud-based data storage and processing solutions
  • Advanced SQL, NoSQL skills for querying and managing relational databases
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
