Job Title: Senior Data Analyst

We are looking for an experienced data analyst to support data management, analysis, and reporting needs within Guidewire-based insurance platforms.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Guidewire systems and work closely with stakeholders to derive actionable insights, enhance data processes, and support business objectives through detailed analysis and reporting.

The role involves preparing and curating datasets for LLM-based applications, annotating fields, data structures, and documents to support semantic chunking and prompt-response generation, creating and maintaining prompt-response pairs for training and evaluation purposes, extracting, cleaning, and analyzing data from Guidewire systems, performing data audits and validation to ensure data accuracy and completeness, collaborating with data engineering teams to enhance data structures and pipelines for Guidewire data, maintaining data integrity and ensuring compliance with data governance policies, defining and maintaining taxonomies, ontologies, and synonym sets for insurance-specific concepts, translating domain-specific terminology into structured knowledge, extracting and transforming data from large systems using SQL, cleaning, validating, and structuring data for downstream LLM applications, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and alignment with project goals, contributing to the development of semantic models by defining metadata tagging strategies and embedding logic, supporting the design of knowledge retrieval pipelines and contextual information processing, working with business users, product managers, and technical teams to understand reporting needs and translate them into technical requirements, supporting project implementations and upgrades involving Guidewire modules, identifying trends, anomalies, and performance issues within Guidewire workflows, and providing recommendations for optimizing business processes based on data insights.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis and reporting, preferably within insurance or financial services.
  • Hands-on experience with Guidewire suite (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter).
