About This Job

We are seeking a skilled Global Process Associate to join our team. As a Global Process Associate, you will be responsible for handling international customer interactions and providing exceptional service.

Your Responsibilities
  • Manage inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats in a professional manner.
  • Address customer queries and provide accurate information in a timely fashion.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction by delivering outstanding and empathetic service.
  • Achieve performance targets for quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Foster a culture of data confidentiality and adhere to company protocols.
Key Qualifications
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • A strong desire to learn and grow within the organization.
  • Ability to work in rotational and night shifts.
  • Immediate availability is preferred.
  • Comfortable working from our office in Pune.
