Customer Success Professional Role

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Onboard hotels from account creation to platform go-live.
    • Configure hotel property details, room types, rate plans, and booking policies.
    • Set up channel managers and ensure accurate availability, rates, and inventory sync.
    • Validate data accuracy, test end-to-end booking flow, and troubleshoot configuration issues.
    • Deliver platform walkthroughs and training sessions for hotel staff.
    • Collaborate with Product, Support, and Sales teams to resolve onboarding bottlenecks.

Qualifications:

  • 1–4 years of experience in hospitality tech, SaaS onboarding, or hotel operations.
  • Familiarity with Property Management Systems, Central Reservation Systems, or Channel Managers.
  • Strong communication skills and problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
