Customer Success Professional Role
">- Key Responsibilities:
- Onboard hotels from account creation to platform go-live.
- Configure hotel property details, room types, rate plans, and booking policies.
- Set up channel managers and ensure accurate availability, rates, and inventory sync.
- Validate data accuracy, test end-to-end booking flow, and troubleshoot configuration issues.
- Deliver platform walkthroughs and training sessions for hotel staff.
- Collaborate with Product, Support, and Sales teams to resolve onboarding bottlenecks.
Qualifications:
- 1–4 years of experience in hospitality tech, SaaS onboarding, or hotel operations.
- Familiarity with Property Management Systems, Central Reservation Systems, or Channel Managers.
- Strong communication skills and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
