Closing Sales Specialist

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Closing Sales Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for driving sales growth and ensuring the successful closure of deals.

• Responsibilities:
• Be aware of the product in detail, sales script, other material and sales targets prior to project launch.
• Facilitate and strive to achieve the sales target and forecast aggressively along with customer service management
• Attend to all walk-in customers efficiently, explain the project in detail and be able to answer all customer queries.
• Be able to successfully deal with customer negotiations and close the deal.
• Convince customers about various features of the project and be able to help in decision making
• Consistently make efforts to provide the customer an enriching experience at site and regular follow ups as required.
• Handle all incoming customer inquiry calls efficiently to seek closure on site visit
• Work with sales, marketing and other internal teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date sales forecasts reflecting any last-minute changes to forecast based on business requirements
• Update all required reports and system data on a timely basis
