Job Description:

  • Manage transitions across multiple waves and tracks, overseeing projects from initiation to closure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the primary point of contact for customers, addressing queries and providing updates as required.
  • Support the project team as a first escalation point for internal and customer issues.
  • Drive governance meetings and ensure effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Plan, conduct, and manage training programs for the transitions team.
  • Participate in assessments to gauge training needs and define business objectives.
  • Collaborate in creating and reviewing transition solutions for RFPs and RFIs.
  • Develop detailed project charters, plans, and transition plans based on solution complexity and priorities.
  • Combine process migration activities with IT implementation to deliver customer value.
  • Optimize transition methodologies to reduce time, costs, risks, and improve quality.
  • Lead risk management, understanding business and operational risks, and developing mitigation plans.
  • Create and maintain project management documents, including status reports, project plans, and knowledge transfer documentation.
  • Participate in opportunity analysis and support solutioning for new bids and client presentations.
