Senior Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our quality assurance efforts and drive business success through effective quality management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive test plans to ensure high-quality results and meet customer expectations.
- Implement and monitor test scripts to assess product functionality, reliability, performance, and quality.
- Identify and rectify defects within the production process to maintain quality standards and prevent rework.
- Recommend, implement, and monitor preventative and corrective actions to ensure compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements.
- Analysis of statistical data to inform quality improvement strategies and optimize business processes.
- Ensure customer satisfaction during the testing process by addressing their needs and concerns in a timely manner.
- Develop and maintain quality assurance policies and procedures to promote a culture of excellence.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints and product issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience in quality inspection, auditing, and testing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify root causes and implement solutions.
- Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and precision in all aspects of the job.
