Senior Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking an accomplished Software Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in testing, automation, and software quality. They will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of our software solutions.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Testing and Validation: Perform automated testing to ensure software quality, conduct performance, load, and stress tests.
- Test Planning and Strategy: Create test plans and cases based on user stories and specifications.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work with developers, product owners, and designers to understand requirements and provide feedback.
- CICD Integration: Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines and ensure test environments are set up correctly.
- Defect Management: Identify, document, and track defects. Perform root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
- Quality Metrics and Reporting: Track key quality metrics and provide regular updates on test results and defect trends.
- Continuous Improvement: Implement process improvements and promote best practices in software quality assurance.
- Hands-on experience with automated testing tools like Selenium, Cypress, Appium, Playwright.
- Proven track record in creating and executing test plans and strategies.
- Experience in performance, load, and stress testing.
- Familiarity with integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines.
- Background in defect management and root cause analysis.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
4-7 years relevant testing experience.
