Placement Development Manager

We are seeking a professional to drive the development and strengthening of industry linkages for student placements across South India.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Employer Network Building: Develop and maintain strong, productive relationships with employers in beauty, wellness, healthcare, hospitality, retail, and allied industries.
  • Campus Placement Initiatives: Organize and manage campus placement drives, job fairs, and employer engagement sessions to meet our placement targets.
  • Student Skill Enhancement: Collaborate with Centre Heads and trainers to align student skills with market requirements and expectations.
  • Resume Development and Interview Preparedness: Guide students in resume preparation, interview readiness, and workplace etiquette to enhance their employability.
  • Placement Tracking and Reporting: Maintain accurate employer databases, track placement outcomes, and publish regular Management Information System reports.
  • Cross-Sector Placement Opportunities: Explore cross-sector placement opportunities beyond the wellness sector to maximize student employability and career prospects.
  • Employer Satisfaction: Ensure retention and feedback mechanisms are in place to strengthen employer satisfaction and loyalty.
Candidate Profile:
  • Education and Experience: A graduate or MBA holder with 4–8 years of experience in placements, recruitment, or human resources.
  • Industry Network: Strong industry connections in South India.
  • Candidates from Various Backgrounds: Open to candidates from HR/recruitment consulting or placement aggregator backgrounds.
  • Skill Requirements: Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Target-Driven: Target-driven with a proven ability to meet placement commitments and deliver results.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office/MIS reporting software.
