Job Title: Quality Assurance Lead

  • Main Responsibilities
    • Develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies, including test estimation, execution, and automation.
    • Manage and track testing activities at all stages, from functional testing to end-to-end system testing.
    • Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to assess and recommend testing procedures for products and systems.
    • Foster a culture of continuous improvement in testing practices and advocate for quality across all projects.
    • Create and maintain test documentation and reports, ensuring visibility and traceability of testing processes.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 4-7 years of experience in quality assurance or software testing, with a strong understanding of QA methodologies and best practices.
  • Proficiency in automated testing tools and frameworks.
  • Experience with SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
