Job Title: Senior Golang Backend Developer

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill this critical position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Develop High-Performance Services: Create scalable backend services using Golang, ensuring reliability and high availability.
  • Coding Standards and Best Practices: Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices, such as DRY (Don't Repeat Yourself) and KISS (Keep It Simple, Stupid).
  • Microservices Architecture: Design and implement microservices architecture using RESTful APIs, ensuring seamless communication between services.
  • Database and Caching Technologies: Work with various databases (SQL/NoSQL) and caching technologies (Redis, Memcached), ensuring optimal performance and data consistency.
  • Collaboration and Code Reviews: Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth deployment processes, conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce coding standards.
  • Troubleshooting and Debugging: Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex issues efficiently, minimizing downtime and ensuring business continuity.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of backend development experience, with at least 5+ years in Golang.
  • Strong understanding of concurrency, memory management, and performance tuning in Golang.
  • Hands-on experience with microservices architecture and API development.
  • Proficiency in databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or Cassandra).
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
  • Familiarity with unit testing, integration testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and ability to lead technical discussions.
