Backend Developer Job Description:

This role involves performing requirement analysis and creating software requirement specifications.

  • Coordinate with infrastructure teams on software implementation according to requirements.
  • Develop software programs and maintain source code that meet system requirements, designs, and specifications.
  • Propose modifications and improvements to systems, both new and existing.
  • Design new software components or enhance existing system components or new systems.
  • Evaluate systems and processes to confirm compliance with requirement specifications.
  • Responsible for writing and reviewing project documentation.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities as well as expertise in Oracle OBP and OBMA products. Experience in the banking domain is also necessary.

A minimum of 8 years of experience in backend development is required for this position. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex software projects on time and within budget.
