Job Title: Advanced System Architect

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Backend Developer to join our dynamic R&D group. As an integral part of the team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining new features and capabilities for our microservices backend.

The R&D group is building and delivering the enablement platform for current and next-generation media experiences in personalization, content interaction, and social interaction. Key parts of the workflow include integrating with video and audio live/VOD assets, personalized processing, and distribution across the world to end-users in real-time.

Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain our company's platform.
  • Ensure quality software delivery through automated component testing, E2E testing, and performance testing.
  • Explore and recommend innovative approaches to improve platform performance and scalability.

Our ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in computer science or software engineering from a leading university and at least 8 years of experience as a Software/Backend Engineer in Python. A strong understanding of SQL or NoSQL databases and cloud technologies (preferably AWS) is also required. Experience in CI/CD environments and Infrastructure as Code development is a plus.
