Job Description:

As a Growth Associate, you will be responsible for driving business growth through innovative strategies and tactics. You will work closely with our leadership team to identify areas of improvement and develop plans to address them.

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in a growth function and a solid understanding of digital marketing basics. They will be comfortable with spreadsheets, dashboards, and making sense of data. Additionally, they will be willing to hustle and take on new challenges.
