About our Career Guidance Role

We are seeking individuals who possess a natural ability to inspire and support others in achieving their goals.

As a career mentor, you will be working closely with individuals who require guidance and support in various aspects of their lives. This role does not require any formal certification, but rather a genuine interest in helping others succeed.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A strong ability to connect with people and provide guidance
  • Effective communication skills
  • A minimum of one year of work experience or a graduate degree from any discipline

Additional advantages include prior knowledge of mentorship, teaching, coaching, customer care, or communication. Familiarity with AI tools is also beneficial.

Our Career Mentors will receive comprehensive training on core content, playbooks, and roadmaps to ensure they have the necessary tools to effectively support our mentees in achieving their objectives.
