Job Opportunity:
">Lead Talent Acquisition Specialist
">The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining employee records in our HR software, as well as preparing and analyzing HR reports and dashboards for management review. This role will also involve designing insights using AI tools and supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Maintain and update employee records in HRMS software.
- Prepare and analyze HR reports and dashboards for management review.
- Design insights using AI tools.
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
- Assist in designing and implementing company policies that promote a healthy workplace.
- Manage and resolve employee queries and grievances in a timely and professional manner.
- Organize training & development programs to promote professional growth.
- Drive employee engagement activities and foster a positive working culture.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
">- Advance Excel with hands-on experience for at least 2-3 years.
- Hands-on experience with skills like Macros, Pivot table, MS office, Power BI (additional).
- Proficient on working with data of minimum 2000+ employees.
- Primary role will be HR MIS.
- Secondary role will be HR Generalist activities (e.g., PMS, Recruitment, etc).
Requirements:
">- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in an HR executive or generalist role.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and HR tools/software.
- Experience with HRMS systems.
- Expertise in MS Excel.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
