Debt Recovery Specialist

  • Contact delinquent customers via calls to follow up on overdue payments, providing clear communication and ensuring transparency throughout the process.
  • Manage loan portfolios across various stages of delinquency, utilizing strong analytical skills to identify opportunities for settlement or restructuring.
  • Offer customized solutions aligned with internal policies, maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction and experience.
  • Maintain accurate records and metrics, tracking progress and identifying areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delinquency Management: Manage loan portfolios across DPD (Days Past Due) buckets, utilizing strong analytical skills to identify opportunities for settlement or restructuring.
  • Customer Communication: Contact delinquent customers via calls, providing clear communication and ensuring transparency throughout the process.
  • Solution Development: Offer customized solutions aligned with internal policies, maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction and experience.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and metrics, tracking progress and identifying areas for improvement.
