Role Summary:

We are seeking experienced Life and Wellness Coaches to provide structured coaching sessions to clients in their regions via video or phone.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in life and wellness coaching, with experience in providing culturally competent care that upholds values of diversity and inclusion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality life and wellness coaching sessions to adults in their region.
  • Support clients in setting goals, building confidence, and taking action to achieve their goals for common life challenges related to stress, relationships, career, health & wellbeing, and personal development areas.
  • Maintain accurate records of session notes and calendar availability.
  • Collaborate with our dedicated provider support team, licensed clinical care navigation team, and administrative care support team as needed.
Requirements:
  • Actively credentialed with a globally recognized coaching body, such as the International Coaching Federation (ICF), European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC), or Association for Coaching (AC).
  • Minimum 100 hours of post-training coaching experience required.
  • Adaptability across various life, professional, and/or health & wellbeing related challenges.
  • Training and experience in evidence-based modalities of support, including NVC, NLP, EQ, MBSR, Somatic coaching, Positive Psychology, or Appreciative Inquiry.
  • Comfortable using technology and telehealth platforms.
  • Commitment to quality care and willingness to expand capabilities through ongoing education and support.
