About This Role

This is a groundbreaking position in the Global Health industry, focused on driving impactful initiatives across India, Southeast Asia, and Africa.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading government partnerships end-to-end, engaging senior stakeholders, securing funding, and shaping large-scale AI initiatives that deliver significant impact in disease surveillance and digital health transformation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop market strategies to identify priority countries/states, map Ministry of Health ecosystems, size AI procurement potential, define the value proposition, and craft tailored market-entry roadmaps.
  • Create large-scale AI programmes to design multi-disease population-surveillance projects (TB, COPD, lung cancer, heart failure) and opportunities where AI tools can accelerate ongoing Govt Digital/eHealth initiatives.
  • Own end-to-end deal cycles to originate, structure, and close deals by navigating tenders, rate-contracts, and grant mechanisms; build channel partnerships (PSUs, multilateral agencies, local distributors) that unlock scale.
  • Unlock funding by surfacing and winning bilateral, multilateral, and philanthropic financing that accelerates AI procurements at state or national level.
  • Influence policy & budgets by engaging senior bureaucrats, policymakers, and technical committees to create Healthcare-AI budget lines, inclusion in disease-control guidelines, and national digital-health programmes.
  • Steward stakeholder relationships by managing a network of partners, Govt stakeholders, and global funding partners.
  • Collaborate internally to translate market needs into product roadmaps, implementation playbooks, and evidence-generation studies in partnership with Implementation, Clinical Affairs, and Client Success teams.
Requirements
  • Experience in Enterprise Business Development, Founder's office, Growth, Public Health, Med-Device, or Govt Advisory (3-8yrs).
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluent English required; other regional languages will be a major plus.
  • Fully flexible and prepared to travel extensively across focus markets.
Success Indicators
  • Establishing a leading AI player in national and state-level public health systems.
  • Securing government budgets/international financing for AI-led screening programs.
  • Securing and executing multi-year government contracts that materially accelerate national digital health goals across India, SE Asia, and Africa.
