HR Generalist Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Generalist Coordinator to join our team at Febno Technologies.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting various HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, statutory compliance, and office operations. Key responsibilities include assisting in developing and executing recruiting plans, sourcing and attracting candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating schedules with hiring managers.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
- Sources and attracts candidates using databases, social media, and employee referrals.
- Conducts thorough interviews and screens potential candidates.
- Coordinates interview schedules with hiring managers and ensures a smooth onboarding process.
- Supports employee engagement initiatives and activities, addressing queries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Resolves employee issues and conflicts in a fair and consistent manner, facilitating communication between employees and management.
- Conducts exit interviews and analyzes feedback for continuous improvement, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws and regulations.
- Maintains and updates employee records, staying updated with changes in labor laws and informing management of potential impacts.
- Manages daily office operations, ensuring a smooth functioning work environment, organizing meetings, appointments, and events, and handling administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in HR or a related role.
- Strong understanding of HR practices and labor laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS /ATS software.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
