Job Description

The Production Supervisor plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes. This individual is responsible for overseeing production activities, guaranteeing compliance with safety policies and company guidelines.

The successful candidate will be tasked with arranging daily production schedules, improving Productivity Score Performance (PSP), and reviewing resources to meet upcoming production demands.

Additionally, the Production Supervisor will be responsible for monitoring the entire production process, ensuring product quality, safety, and timely delivery. They will also need to keep track of raw material provisioning status and provide feedback to production assistants.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, enabling them to train batch makers and lead batch makers to complete production orders efficiently.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring all production activities comply with safety policies and company guidelines.
  • Aarranging daily production schedules and improving PSP.
  • Reviewing and preparing sufficient resources for production orders on the next day.
  • Monitoring the whole production process to ensure product quality, safety, and timely delivery.
  • Monitoring raw material provisioning status and providing feedback to production assistants.
  • Training batch makers and lead batch makers to complete production orders efficiently.
  • Checking equipment and utilities for good condition.
