About the RoleWe seek a results-driven professional who can define and execute cross-sell strategies across various product categories to optimize the customer journey and lifecycle value.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Drive business growth by developing cross-sell strategies that enhance product uptake.
- Partnership & Business Development: Collaborate with third-party partners to co-create value propositions and drive joint campaigns.
- Market & Product Strategy: Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitors to identify cross-sell opportunities and develop business cases for product development and market expansion.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate product success, market penetration, and partnership effectiveness.
- Cross-Sell Product Ownership: Lead initiatives integrating non-lending cross-sell products across platforms to contribute to revenue diversification.
