The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in maintaining and building strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and retail partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update the CRM database with customer information, inquiries, new orders leads, and complaints.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with dealers, distributors, and retail partners.
  • Respond promptly to Dealers' queries and follow up for satisfaction and feedback.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to track orders, deliveries, and payment follow up.
  • Develop customer loyalty programs and offers.
  • Analyze customer buying patterns and suggest cross-selling or upselling opportunities.
  • Work closely with marketing and sales teams to execute campaigns targeting existing customers.
  • Collect and analyze feedback to support marketing initiatives and product development.
  • Generate regular CRM reports, including customer activity, retention rates, and feedback summaries.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and suggest areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 12 years of experience in a CRM or customer service role (preferably in textile or garments).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with local and regional customer behaviors and market trends.
