Job Title:

Senior Insurance Actuary

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Senior Insurance Actuary to join our team. As a Senior Insurance Actuary, you will be responsible for analyzing and estimating reserves for insurance products, including performing loss reserve reviews and analyses.

The ideal candidate will have strong reserving experience, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex actuarial concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

About You:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, economics, mathematics, actuarial sciences, or statistics
  • Affiliation to IAI or IFOA, with at least 8-9 CT actuarial exams
  • At least 5 years of actuarial experience in the insurance industry
  • Strong knowledge of reserving methods and techniques, including Solvency II and IFRS 17
  • Advanced skills in Excel, VBA, SAS, and other relevant tools for data analysis and modeling
