About the Role

We're seeking a skilled professional with hands-on expertise in implementing Oracle Fusion Payroll solutions from requirement gathering to go-live.

Main Responsibilities:
  • End-to-End Implementation: Implement Oracle Fusion Payroll solutions for clients, ensuring seamless payroll operations and compliance.
  • Fast Formulas Development: Develop and maintain Fast Formulas to support client requirements, streamlining payroll processes.
  • Configuration: Configure the payroll module and tailor solutions to align with client needs, providing optimal results.
  • Client Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and timely issue resolution.
  • Post-Go-Live Support: Provide ongoing support and optimize solutions for enhanced efficiency, ensuring long-term success.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Experience: Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Oracle Fusion HCM with expertise in Payroll, including at least 2 end-to-end implementations.
  • Implementation Expertise: Proven track record of delivering successful Oracle Fusion Payroll implementations, showcasing exceptional problem-solving skills.
  • Fast Formula Knowledge: Hands-on experience with Fast Formulas, enabling efficient payroll processing and data analysis.
