Job Title:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our store. The successful candidate will have excellent product knowledge, analytical skills, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role:

  • Ensure replenishment of top 50 ranking articles by analyzing product trends and stock levels.
  • Control stock organization in the stock room within timelines and standards.
  • Prioritize and divide tasks as per boxes, providing accurate information and feedback to logistics about delivery process.
  • Optimize space management within sections, maintain 100% basic standards of stock room, and apply all security procedures.
  • Control transfer between stores, follow deadlines, and provide feedback on transfer lists.
  • Plan inventory preparation with managers, check spacing and tidiness of stock room for inventory, allocate manpower for inventory process, and control inventory timeline and quality.
  • Support department managers to run floor operations smoothly and ensure all floor processes are followed.
  • Support Store Managers in managing productivity of the store.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Working Conditions:

The Store Manager will work in a retail store environment with regular interaction with staff and customers. The role requires standing for long periods, bending, lifting, and manual handling of products.
