About the Role

As Lead Content Strategist, you will be responsible for creating engaging narratives from complex market data. Work closely with researchers, analysts, and marketing teams to maintain accuracy and consistency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a YouTube strategy incorporating deep-dive explainers, interviews, and short-form trend videos.
  • Produce high-quality content on Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook that brings research to life and sparks conversations.
  • Translate technical analysis into clear articles, infographics, newsletters, and social posts.
  • Establish strong relationships with financial journalists and media outlets to secure thought leadership opportunities.
  • Collaborate with research teams, product marketing, design, and video production to refine themes, formats, and distribution tactics.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in content leadership, preferably in finance or B2B.
  • Ability to distill complex market insights into engaging narratives.
  • Experience with evolving YouTube formats, features, and viewer habits.
  • Data-driven decision-making skills, focusing on performance and feedback.
  • Natural relationship-building skills, whether collaborating with analysts or your team.
  • Hands-on mentoring skills to grow writers, editors, and producers through coaching and feedback.
  • Agility in adapting to changing environments and thriving in dynamic settings.
