Project Manager - MS Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain

We are seeking an experienced project coordinator with strong organizational skills to support large-scale ERP programs in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain.

This role requires proactive coordination, effective issue management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams across global time zones.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Document meetings including agendas, minutes, decisions, and action items.
  • Track and monitor project plans, issues; consolidate updates for status reports.
  • Foster stakeholder engagement through timely updates and resolution of blockers.
  • Elevate risks and dependencies to leadership as needed.
  • Maintain accountability by assigning clear ownership for all action items.
  • Support project governance through documentation, reporting, and progress tracking.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in project coordination or management.
  • Proficiency in O365 tools (Outlook, Teams, OneNote, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with Azure DevOps and Jira for issue/risk tracking.
  • Skilled in prioritization, risk tracking, and escalation management.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Hands-on experience coordinating D365 Finance & Supply Chain implementations.
  • Exposure to large-scale ERP or IT transformation programs.
